Events
Throughout our professional life we have collaborated, as participants and as organizers, in cultural events dedicated to crafts, folklore, embroidery.
Organization of fairs and craft events, an example are the Craft Days, “Trades of yesterday and today”
which are currently held in the Anaya Square of Salamanca, in collaboration with other artisans in the city and with the department of commerce of the Salamanca City Hall. Very important part of these fairs or conferences, are the live demonstrations that take place in these events, arousing great interest among the audience.
Collaboration in the organization of the fair "Look at you", held in Ciudad Rodrigo, on several occasions, coinciding with the celebration of the Festival of La Charrada and collaborating with the City Council of that city.
Caireles has also collaborated in the recording of the documentary “Art in the hands” promoted by the Castilla and leon meeting, Cross-border cooperation - Cooperação transfronteiriça, © videomaster producciones 2013.
Organized and collaborated in the exhibition of traditional clothing "The guardians of tradition" in June 2013 at the El Tormes Shopping Center.
He participated in the exhibition that took place in The English Court of Salamanca in February 2014 in collaboration with the El Traje Charro Association of Salamanca.
Participation in fairs specialized in traditions and crafts at national level as in “The world by montera”, Segovia, February-March 2015 and several times in the “Fair of tradition” of Cisneros (Palencia) organized by the Diputación de Palencia and the City Council of that town.
He has been part of the group of collaborators that was chosen for the exhibition “Identity and fashion” organized by the Institute of Identities of the Diputación de Salamanca and that was carried out in September 2016 in the explosion room of La Salina.
In July 2017 he collaborated with Berna Pérez and Marta Moreno in the exhibition of traditional Salamantina clothing “From town to town” in the Palacio de los Águila in Ciudad Rodrigo.
Collaboration with Berna Pérez and Marta Moreno teaching folklore classes for Spanish students in Salamanca, within the activities organized by “Salamanca City of Spanish” in May and June 2018 and June 2019
August 2018 collaboration with the Association of Neighbors and Friends of Puente del Congosto in the fourth edition of the festival bridge which takes place in that locality.
Organization of “I Encounters with tradition” carried out at the El Tormes Shopping Center, together with the same center and the Groove Folk Group, in October 2018.
Participation in several editions of the “European Craft Days” with the event “Live Showcases”, in collaboration with the workshop of artistic binding and cardboard “El Telar Binding” of Salamanca.
